The cleanliness was immaculate. Staff members were professional, kind, and helpful. The family rooms were very spacious, clean, and even had a nice scent. I appreciate the pillow menu. It was an AMAZING benefit. Views from the top floors provided extra beauty.
The hotel felt a little dated, it could benefit from some upgrades.

The staff was very nice!!! the room was super clean. the hotel's location is also really good, i thought. i had breakfast included. I really enjoyed the wide range of foods and drinks. the hotel is located in a quiet place, in between the airport and the railway station. bus stops are available nearby!!!
i wish there had been a kettle in the room.

I appreciated the helpful concierge service. They arranged a taxi promptly (very useful for early departures). The room had slippers and a bathrobe. The bed was indeed comfortable. I slept very well.
